Utilize the designs provided in DeSaRang’s Sweater Design Mall for simple modifications, focusing on color, size, and minor details.
Or If buyers wish to develop their own designs, providing product photos or model images will be sufficient for development

Provide us with your detailed technical development package reflecting your complete requirements, and we will develop products tailored to your exact needs.
Though this process may require more time, our experienced development manager will oversee the entire production process based on the images you provide.
DeSaRang Process
Conducting Samples at Design-Specific Factories
Sample development takes into account the type of yarn used for sweaters, the gauge, and the specific design characteristics. Based on these factors, samples are produced in cooperation with the most suitable factory.
The usual completion time for a sample is within one week, though this may vary depending on the particular sweater production process.
Buyer's Comments
Finalizing Samples and Placing Orders
The buyer reviews the sample, and if no modifications are required, places the order. When placing the order, the buyer confirms the price and delivery schedule with the factory before proceeding.
Production And Shipment
Production Based on Approved Samples
The factory proceeds with all production work based on the approved sample and agreed delivery schedule. First, a PP (Pre-Production) sample is created, and buyer approval is obtained before starting bulk production. Once production approval is received, manufacturing begins immediately. Second, after production is completed, a TOP (Top of Production) sample is sent to the buyer for final shipment confirmation prior to delivery.
DeSaRang In-House Inspection Before Shipment
All finished products must undergo inspection through DeSaRang’s quality control system before shipment. If random factory inspections reveal a defect rate higher than that of the inspection system, a full inspection is carried out before proceeding with shipment, in accordance with company policy.
Shipment
Shipment is carried out according to the conditions specified in the contract with the buyer. During the shipping process, all necessary trade documents, including the arrival date, are provided.
